San Francisco Cliff House

Located on the cliffs above Ocean Beach in San Francisco, the Cliff House was originally built in 1863, and served as an exclusive hotel for dignitaries and wealthy travelers. The original Cliff House burned in 1894 and was rebuilt for use as a private residence, museum, dining establishment, and entertainment venue until it burned down in 1907. The Cliff House was rebuilt again in 1909, and is a historic dining establishment that is still in operation today, offering upscale dining at three restaurants and popular venues for weddings and events.
