Saturday is also the busiest, so if you’re looking for a quieter side to the market with less people, Tuesdays and Thursdays might be for you. There are up to 20 vendors on Tuesdays and from 10 to 15 merchants on Thursdays. There are also lots of options for quick bites for lunch. The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market is open-year round no matter what the weather brings. And even if you are in town for a short trip and you can’t make it to the farmers market, you can still visit the shops and restaurants in the Ferry Building. It is open every day from 7 am to 10 pm.
